Problem before product
We don't arrive with a system looking for a home. The problem is defined first, in your words, and the solution follows from it.
Verifiable or it doesn't ship
Every output a WYLAC system produces can be checked — cited sources, approval trails, logged decisions. Trust is engineered, not requested.
Boring reliability, ambitious design
The interesting part should be what the system does for the business, not whether it's up. We engineer for the quiet kind of success.

Humans decide on what matters
Consequential decisions — prices sent, terms accepted, orders released — keep a human checkpoint. The system prepares, routes and verifies; people decide.
Answers show their sources
Where a system answers from your documents, it cites them. An answer you can't trace to a source is treated as a bug, not a feature.
Your data stays yours
Client data is used for the client's system and nothing else. No training on your documents, no sharing across engagements, access kept least-privilege.
Measured before promised
We prototype against real cases and report what the system actually did — including where it failed. Limits are stated as plainly as capabilities.
