Stress-testing document extraction against low-quality scans, skewed tables and handwritten annotations from real-world engineering archives. Early builds hold structure on clean documents; degraded scans remain the hard boundary.

A concept layer that flags quotation lines deviating from historical pricing patterns before approval. Interesting early signal on synthetic data; the open question is how few false positives a real pricing team will tolerate.

Experiments in drafting sales follow-ups that stay inside a defined tone envelope — direct, no flattery, no filler. Most failures are subtle: plausible sentences that say nothing. Feeds into WYLAC / SALES response drafting.

A concept instrument that renders a live map of where work items sit inside a process — a debugging view for business operations. Grew out of tooling we built for ourselves during WYLAC / FLOW engagements.
